Here at North Wales Plumbing And Heating Ltd we can offer Retrofit Assessment services done by experienced professionals who know the industry well. Our Retrofit Assessors are trained to undertake a retrofit assessment for dwellings in accordance with PAS 2035. The activities completed within the retrofit assessment include the production of an RdSAP assessment, a detailed floor plan, a condition report and an occupancy assessment. The data collected from these sources is used by the Retrofit Coordinator to formulate a Medium-Term Improvement Plan.

We can offer energy saving solutions and recommendations in retrofitting a domestic dwelling. Be it wall insulation, loft insulation heating and many other measures to reduce carbon emissions and lower energy costs.

We are also able to offer energy performance certificates for domestic dwellings up for sale or rent, or of course if your current EPC has expired.
